Make a withdrawal on IBEx

To make a crypto withdrawal from an external wallet, you must first add it to your account.

If you do not yet have an external crypto address linked to your account, please follow this tutorial first: Connect a wallet to your IBEx account

Withdrawing a token to an external wallet

Go to your dashboard and the "My accounts" section, then click on the "WITHDRAW" button corresponding to the token you want to send to your external wallet.

If the withdrawal button is greyed out, please ensure that you have completed the identity verification form (KYC/B) and set up dual authentication on your account.

In the window that appears, check that the network you have chosen is the one to which you want to send your token.

Then select your external address and the amount of tokens you wish to withdraw.
The last field will tell you the withdrawal fee for the operation.

Withdrawal charges

Withdrawal charges are €1 per transaction and... nothing more!

So make sure you have at least €1 in the form of the IBXe token before withdrawing so that you can pay the withdrawal fees.

IBXe is the euro-backed token of the IBEx platform, and can be purchased on IBEx via the secondary market: https://ib.exchange/spot.

It can also be purchased using a debit card or by bank transfer. To do this, click on the "BUY" button, as shown in the screenshot above, and follow the instructions.
