KYB

You will need to declare your identity and provide information about your company using our KYB (know your business) form to access all the features of the IBEx platform.

If you wish to declare this IBEx account as your personnal account, you will need to complete a KYC form. In this case, click here to access the KYC user guide.

If your company is not registered in France, please contact our support team at contact@ib.exchange for a customized KYB.

On your dashboard, a message in a red banner invites you to fill in your KYC or KYB form. Click on the "ADD" button or go directly here to proceed: https://ib.exchange/ky 

Step 1: Account Type

Click on "GET VERIFIED NOW" and choose "Corporate account" to complete your KYB.

You must certify that you are fully authorised to act on behalf of your company before going any further!

What is your purpose on IBEx?

Indicate here why you want to be on IBEx: to raise funds AND/OR to invest.

If you wish to invest on behalf of your company, you will need to pass KYB level 2 and provide us with some additional information (steps 5 and 6 of the form). You can always upgrade to the next level later via your account settings: https://ib.exchange/myaccount. 

Then click on the "CONTINUE" button. 

Step 2: Personal information

Fill in the basic information about yourself, taking care not to omit any fields except the optional ones. If your place of residence is not in your name, click on the corresponding checkbox at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

Once you have completed the fields, click on "CONTINUE" to continue with the form.

Step 3: ID document

Here, upload your ID document. If you're having trouble, try these tips :
-the 4 corners of the document must appear on the photo,
-avoid artificial light (flash) and prefer daylight,
-the photograph of your document must be clear, without blur,
-do not submit a photocopy of your identity document but a photo of the original.

Step 4: Company identification

In this step, you will need to provide us with the legal information required to identify it. All fields are required.

By entering the SIRET ID, some of the other fields will be pre-filled automatically. If the SIRET ID appears to be unknown, please contact support: contact@ib.exchange.

Click on "VALIDATE" to send your form for verification.

If you ticked the "To invest" box in step 1, then click on "CONTINUE" to access the next 2 steps, which will give you a level 2 KUC.

Step 5: Company information (KYB level2 only)

Please enter any additional information about your company here. You will also need to upload some official documents:

• A KBIS (less than 3 months old)
• Status of your company
• A declaration to the registry of beneficial owners
• A bank statement
• Finacial statements (latest statements, accounts or tax return)

Click on "CONTINUE" to continue with the form.

Step 6: Beneficial owners (KYB level2 only)

In this final stage you must declare the natural person(s) who control(s) the company. These are the company's beneficial owners. 

Your KYB will be validated (or not) quickly by our services. In the meantime, you can make your first deposit or connect an external wallet to your IBEx account.
