KYC

You need to declare your identity using our KYC (know your customer) form to access all the features of the IBEx platform.

If you wish to declare this IBEx account as your company's account, you will need to complete a KYB form. In this case, click here to access the KYB user guide.

On your dashboard, a message in a red banner invites you to fill in your KYC or KYB form. Click on the "ADD" button or go directly here to proceed: https://ib.exchange/ky 

Step 1: Account Type

Click on "GET VERIFIED NOW" and choose "Personal account" to complete your KYC.

Then click on the "CONTINUE" button. 

Step 2: Personal information

KYC level 1: Fill in the basic information about yourself, taking care not to omit any fields except the optional ones. Level 2 KYC is not required for the purchase and exchange of utility tokens. You can always upgrade to the next level later via your account settings : https://ib.exchange/myaccount. 

Once you have completed the fields, click on "CONTINUE" to continue with the form.

KYC level 2: Some products available for sale on IBEx require proof of residence. You will then need to have level 2 KYC verified. If your place of residence is not in your name, click on the corresponding checkbox at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

Once you have completed the fields, click on "CONTINUE" to continue with the form.

Step 3: ID document

Here, upload your ID document. If you're having trouble, try these tips :
-the 4 corners of the document must appear on the photo,
-avoid artificial light (flash) and prefer daylight,
-the photograph of your document must be clear, without blur,
-do not submit a photocopy of your identity document but a photo of the original.

Step 4: Investor Profil

In this last section, please tell us a little about yourself as an investor. All fields are required.

Finally, certify that the information provided is true and click on "VALIDATE" to send your form for verification.

Your KYC will be validated (or not) quickly by our services. In the meantime, you can make your first deposit or connect an external wallet to your IBEx account.
